INDIGO Festival 22 INDIGO Festival 22
Servicenavigation

INDIGO Festival is back.

After a successful kick-off edition in 2021, once again public sector innovators from around the world will come together to explore paths to a sustainable, digitally-enabled future in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa. From our base in Rome, Italy, three thematic areas will serve as signposts on this road.

Theme 1

Digitalisation for All

In the rush to digitalise the public sector, we often lose sight of those left behind. This year’s Festival will explore ways to ensure that everyone benefits from digital services and opportunities for citizen participation

.

Theme 2

Green Digitalisation

The potential of digital technology to enhance sustainability is huge. So are its environmental risks – from excessive energy consumption to piles of e-waste. This thematic track will investigate how we can maximise the green potential of digital governance.

Theme 3

Partnerships for Digital Governance

New digital technologies emerge on a daily basis. It is however people and partnerships that are essential for unleashing their innovative potential. INDIGO Festival 2022 examines strategies for creating ecosystems for sustainable public sector innovation.
